To Advertise
A group of culture-oriented businesspeople are producing the first annual New Hamburg Festival of the Arts, May 20-24, 2009. We are doing this to bring first-class, professional arts and culture to our community.
We are marketing this event in a number of ways, including through the production of a 12-page, 8 1/2 by 11 program, with full colour covers and inside covers and one-colour inside pages. We are now selling advertising in this program; placement deadline is April 7, 2009.
This printed program is not simply going to be handed to those attending the Festival; we are printing 3,000 copies, most of which will be distributed through the Wilmot township area as promotion prior to the event. As well, all advertisers will appear on our website, www.newhamburglive.ca, with a link to your website.

- 1/3-page banner, front page, full colour ($1000)
- Back cover, full colour ($1000)
- Half page, full colour, ($600)
- Half page, black and white ($400)
- Quarter page, black and white ($250)
- Business card, black and white ($100)
Sponsorships available:
Full Festival sponsorship (credit on all promotion, all tickets, and front page banner and one full-colour ad in the program) - $4,000
Individual event/concert sponsorship - $1,000 (includes quarter-page, black and white ad, can be upgraded at additional cost; i.e., a half page colour ad with sponsorship would be $1350).
